CAP

The hope of the Canadian people is a practical and efficient form of representative government working together towards a better and brighter future for our Nation and all future generations of CANADIANS. To guarantee this future Slavery and Serfdom to unelected and unaccountable corporate powers, foreign banks, and foreign political influence seeking power over the elected and representative government of Canada along with all forms of human bondage must disappear.- All present and future generations of Canadians must have equal access to affordable education – our children must be taught to think intelligently and plan wisely -- Liberty can be enjoyed only when the will and whims of human rulers are replaced by legislative enactments in accordance with accepted fundamental law. Justice is to nation life what faith is to religion; only those policies we as a nation have agreed upon and written into the Rule of Law after careful reflection upon the will of the people of Canada should be written into the Rule of Law. It is the duty of our Legislative Assembly to correctly transpose the will of the people into accepted fundamental law.- FREEDOM OF SPEECH. Representative government is unthinkable without freedom of all forms of expression for human aspirations and opinions; The voice of the people will be heard. - No government can long endure if it fails to provide for the right to enjoy personal property in some form. All men crave the right to use, control, bestow, sell, lease, and bequeath personal property. Through the Bank of Canada the personal property of the Canadian People earned by each individual, as well as the commonwealth developed since the first Canadian Constitution by the nobility of work and the honest efforts of mind and body can be and will be secured for this generation and all future generations of Canadians. We will stop the sale of Canadian Public assets to private ownership. The fortunate few WILL NOT rule over the unfortunate many. Our collective efforts to improve the standard of Canadian living by building great Canadian infrastructures such as the Saint Lawrence Seaway to serve all Canadians belong to each citizen of Canada and not to a fortunate few. – A true representative government assumes THE RIGHT OF CITIZENS TO BE HEARD. The privilege of petition is inherent in FREE CITIZENSHIP. It is not enough to be heard; The Canadian People will through the use of frequent public referendums guarantee that the power of the Petitions of the Canadian people will progress to THE ACTUAL MANAGEMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT. No civil government will be serviceable and effective unless the citizenry possess and use wise techniques of guiding and controlling officeholders and public servants. -- Representative government presupposes an intelligent, efficient, and universal electorate. The character of such a government will ever be determined by the character and caliber of those who compose it. No government can ever be better than the moral and ethical fiber of it’s citizens. -- The survival of democracy is dependent on successful representative government; and that is conditioned upon the practice of electing to public offices only those individuals who are technically trained, intellectually competent, socially loyal, and morally fit. Only by such provisions can government of the people, by the people, and for the people be preserved.-- If one man or one woman craves freedom -- liberty -- he or she must remember that all other men and women long for the same freedom. Groups of such liberty-loving people cannot live together in peace without becoming subservient to such laws, rules, and regulations as will grant each person the same degree of freedom while at the same time safeguarding an equal degree of freedom for all of his fellows. If one man is to be absolutely free, then another must become an absolute slave. And the relative nature of freedom is true socially, economically, and politically. Freedom is the gift of civilization made possible by the enforcement of LAW.
