"Justice makes a nation
great, and the greater a nation the more solicitous will it be to see that
injustice shall not befall even its most humble citizen. Woe upon any nation
when only those who possess money and influence can secure ready justice
before its courts!"
Introduction by Paul Kemp - Canadian Action Party - Central Nova. The growing use of torture devices by the Police Forces of our Nation in our city streets must be addressed by the people of Canada before the situation gets out of hand, and those paid public servants assigned duties and obligations to bring Peace to our nations people become a reign of terror and violence that will insight fear among the very people they are paid to protect. The rule of Law applies to every citizen of Canada. No public servant is above the Reign of Law. Police Officers are Peacemakers and peace keepers, Canadian citizens; not military commandoes. The use of devices such as Pepper Spray and Tazer Guns, by public servants are a form of preemptive punishment and torture that betrays the moral and ethical fibre of the Canadian People and the compassion of modern day civilization. The Law of Canada states, "Innocent until proven guilty" in a civilized Court of Law". Punishment by public servants on our city streets for wrong conduct is illegal under the Rule of Law in Canada, unusually harsh and cruel by any honest appraisal of the force used to bring the guilty before the courts of this country, Justice does not have to be unusually cruel and without compassion, but rather has only to be effective, swift and sure. The conduct of public servants in the article below, is a disgrace to this Nation and a People known throughout the world as Peacemakers. If we as Canadians desire progressive representative government we must make our voices heard and take control of the will and whim of our elected leaders and reign in public servants who regard themselves as above the laws every citizen must follow.
