NJ Nursing Questions about Nursing Rights.

I am a Nurse in NJ and i was wondering if i have the right to particularly refuse to take care of an AIDS patient and have another willing nurse take care of him because his blood needs to be changed 4 times a day etc.. and i already have too much work and am being over worked. Thanks, please answer in detail.
